I’m on day 34 of the elimination phase for Graves’ disease (my functional/integrative Dr recommended the full 90 days elimination). I havent Measured my weight loss, but can see the difference.
My graves symptoms cleared from taking medication, so can’t measure that. But since having my daughter 6 years ago, I was allergic to my wedding/engagement ring and earrings, but since about 2 weeks into the elimination I no longer react and can wear them again!
